*Time based refers to actual working hours not license hours. Agents must complete 1 closing per month practical experience or prove competency to Mentor and/or Broker via completing a contract and several random questions. This is to ensure competency and to reward performance. New hires on the graduating plan with more than 12 months experience but less than 2 years practical experience will be placed at the 12 month position and graduated thereafter commiserate with competency or activity.
